I don't have any inside info but am pretty sure that its IPO is just a talk. Take a look on Cisco's stock price from 2000 to now, it hasn't moved anywhere. Another similar case would be Aisa Info which shares the same customers and its stock worth next to nothing. I am so surprised that it ever got investors excited about. Its products weren't new, its cutomers were domestic only. The only reason as far as I can see that Huawei bought it is to prevent another potential player from emerging on the ash of this company.
