The global view , read the big picture correctly and independent thinkings are weak points for most Chinese modeling guys in WallStreet. You must overcome those weak points to move up.
Myself is very good in Global veiw, read big picture and independent thinking plus contrary indictors. Those strength made me retire at very young age.
