you are looking to date a Russion jew or an italian catholic, this might be true not because of being white, but because they have different values and religions that dictate who they can marry. In general, great guys attract girls, just as good-looking girls attract guys. For typical white girls, if you are a handsome guy, with good sense of humor, fun to be together, well educated and know how to treat girls like a playful gentleman, being white or asian really don't matter that much. Personal hygiene is the very basics of being a decent human being.
As far as graduate school vs under vs high school, my experiences tell me that it is easier to connect with girls at least with some comparable educations. It is hard to connect with girls only graduate from high school and working as waitresses in restaurants. Not that it is hard to skew around with those, it is just hard to connect to the next level to consider some sorts of commitment. I personally think that same principle applies to dating Chinese girls as well.
