由于我可能马上要海归，我正在准备人事组织机构图.Following is my thoughts for your referrence:
(1)Position needs less than 3 years expereince : I prefer to hire the people from top universities.
(2)Position needs 7+ year experience: I will pay more attention on your actual working skills and prior experience and more importantly your softskills...I don't care you graduated from which university.
(3)very few positions: I need to hire people with oversea education/experience since the position need him/her to communicate with US corporate headquarter.
(4)In my view, China does need a great deal of senior management Hai Gui. Accroding to Hewitt HR report in Dec.2003, compensation for country manager/managing director is $230K+ and for director/VP level is $150K in China.
(5)My advice: 你必须有很好的跨国公司的经验(at least 5 年以上)以及很好实际工作能力 before you hai gui, otherwise it is no way for you to find higher pay job in China.
