Global SAP Analyst-SD PM –Consultant
SAP Analyst working in GD, Global Deve-lopment in the Delivery – Maintenance processes team. This team covers all processes from when the customer places a sales order or maintenance contract with XXX ; follows the processes of doing and delivering the agreed work; and ends whith collection of cash from this customer.
The position located in either: Shanghai, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur
SAP Analyst, Delivery Maintenace processes
In this position you will be working to Design and Support the processes in the Delivery - Maintenance team.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Carrying out detailed business process analysis, customizing, testing, coaching, collecting feedback and writing support documentation for the SAP processes. Writing specifications for smaller to medium-sized developments that require customizing or ABAP Development. Preparing SAP processes to be rolled-out to XXXX country units.
Depending on the demand workload, there are three main roles that apply to members working in this team:
Design of new requirements: Understanding, designing and documenting new, or enhancing existing, processes in SAP, by working with the XXX Global Business Process Owners.
Support: Supporting existing processes in SAP that are used in XXX , creating tickets, loading data, and generally solving issues that keep XXX’s business running.
Rollout processes: Upgrading processes and providing training on new and upgraded processes to the « super user » community in the country units. Coordinating this with XXX Global IS HQ in Belgium.
Competences required:
· University degree in business or in technology
· Minimum 3 years experience in SAP process support or implementation
· XXX business knowledge especially in Maintenance area is a bonus
· Excellent knowledge of the end to end processes in SD/PM and CS. Any additional SAP-Knowledge like MM surely is a plus
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
· Problem solving skills.
· Strong attitude towards customer service
· Ability to achieve the agreed planning, keeping promises and quality
· Strong communication skills and ability to listen/coach « super user s».
