Following are the expectations from the Dev resource for CRM Project / Projects
Developer’s responsibilities: -
• Co-coordinating with multiple virtual teams (in India and Redmond)
• Write the quality code for MS CRM 4.0 customizations, .net (C# and ASP.Net) and SQL 2005 / back end and perform the code review
• Perform upgrades from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0
• Should be able to develop Plug-Ins, Workflows, Bulk Import tool, Advance customization (using ASP.NET), AJAX based controls
• Develop reports using SSRS (SQL server reporting services) 2005.
• Perform the Unit testing, bug fixing and other development activities
• Fix the bugs in the code, raised during the system/ integration testing
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participate in Build activities, Integration activities
• Prepares Technical Specification documents as applicable
• Should be able to troubleshoot Prod and Pre-Prod environment
• Functionally good at MS CRM and should learn the system quickly
• Interact with the various teams and gather the functional/technical knowledge needed
• Participate in review activities like FSD review, MTP review and TSD review and provide the comments, as applicable
• Assist build team on build activity, if required should be able to install the build as per release notes.
• Review of User Acceptance script, if required and support the UAT in terms of fixing the bugs against the findings in UAT.
• Having Silverlight knowledge is big plus.

Following are the expectations from the Build/Support resource for CRM Project / Projects
Developer’s responsibilities: -
• Co-coordinating with multiple virtual teams (in India and Redmond)
• Should be able to work with multiple operations team worldwide
• Should be able to troubleshoot Windows, IIS, SQL Server and Dynamic CRM 4.0
• Should be able to install/uninstall CRM outlook client
• Perform upgrades from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0
• Should be able to configure and deploy Plug-Ins, Workflows
• Should be able to configure and Deploy SQL Server Reporting Services Report
• Able to prepare Release notes for multiple projects
• Need to deploy CRM 4.0, CRM 3.0 on various data centers (Dublin, Singapore and Redmond)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participate in Build activities.
• Should be able to troubleshoot Prod and Pre-Prod environment
• Functionally good at MS CRM and should learn the system quickly
• Should be able to assists end users to resolve their CRM issues.
